1. What is the MyVCS.net Refer-A-Friend program?


Under the MyVCS.net Refer-A-Friend program, Referring MyVCS.net Members can earn FREE Internet if they refer 1 new member. In order to qualify, a New Member must enter the MyVCS.net Referring Member's MyVCS.net email address in the field designated for referrals during the registration process of any qualifying service plan. The New Member must then remain an active paying MyVCS.net member for the first 3 months following registration.

2. How much do I earn for referring a friend as part of the Refer-A-Friend program?

A Referring Member will earn a FREE month for every New Member they refer who satisfies all of the program requirements. For example, if you, the referring member to another member has the $ 18.94 High Speed Package and the customer you refer signs up for the $ 9.94 package, you will only get the $ 9.94 credit.  Packages must equal from the referrer to the person whom you sign up.

3. What are the conditions that a New Member must meet so that I can earn my FREE INTERNET referral reward?

A qualifying "New Member" is a new subscriber who:

i) registers for a qualifying MyVCS.net Basic, HiSpeed or Platinum service through a CD, floppy disk, software pre-install or on the Internet,

ii) provides the MyVCS.net email address of one Referring Member during the registration process,

iii) pays for service using a valid credit card or by check,

iv) and remains an active paying member with an account in good standing for the first three months following registration. A New Member cannot be a current or former subscriber to any MyVCS.net service. New Members who register over the telephone or elect to pay for the service by any method other than credit card or check do not qualify for the Refer-A-Friend program unless otherwise allowed by MyVCS.net.

4. Where should my friend enter my email address, indicating that I referred them to MyVCS.net?

Your friend should enter your MyVCS.net email address (an email address with @MyVCS.net.net as the mail domain) in the box designated for referrals during the HiSpeed or Platinum registration process. This box is designated by, "Was you referred by someone? If so, who."

If a referral box or other referral method is not provided during the registration process, then the particular service or version of the service is not a qualified plan under the Refer-a-Friend program.

No referrals, corrections or updates may be provided after registration is completed.

5. Can a MyVCS.net Free Member refer friends to MyVCS.net HiSpeed or Platinum as part of the Refer-A-Friend program?

Yes, MyVCS.net Free Members are eligible to refer friends to MyVCS.net HiSpeed or Platinum as part of the Refer-A-Friend program.

6. When and how will I receive my FREE INTERNET referral reward?

Once a New Member you referred has satisfied all of the program requirements, MyVCS.net will credit your account for 1 Month of Internet Service approximately 45 days after any referral rewards are earned.

Payments will be applied to your current outstanding invoice or the following months outstanding invoice.

7. Is there a limit to the number of New Members I can refer?

No. There is no limit to the number of New Members you may refer to MyVCS.net HiSpeed or Platinum. As long as the New Member you refer meets all the program requirements you will earn the referral reward.

8. How do I know how many people I have referred to the MyVCS.net HiSpeed or Platinum service?

Referring Members who pay for their MyVCS.net can contact customer service at csupport@myvcs.net.  Everyone you refer is added to your billing account.

9. What if I am encountering a problem or have a question that is not answered here?

10. What will you do with the email addresses I submit for referral?

We will only send your friends a one-time Refer-A-Friend email invitation and their email addresses will not be stored or used for any other purposes.
